Host a Panel

ToshoCON Panel Rules

1. The panel leader must be a reliable contact. Please make sure contact info is correct and be sure to check for messages regularly and reply promptly.
2. You can choose between two panel lengths: 20 minutes or 50 minutes. Please stay within your chosen time to ensure there's enough time for attendees to enter and exit and to keep the schedule running smoothly.
3. ToshoCON alumni are encouraged to stay involved by applying to run a panel. Panels that teach a skill—like cosplay, makeup, drawing, or creating AMVs—are especially encouraged. Share your experience and expertise with our current ToshoCON attendees.
4. Applications open Monday, June 01, 2026 and are due by Saturday, July 18, 2026 11:59 am MDT.
5. Applications will be screened and chosen for participation by ToshoCON staff. Successful panels will be notified of their inclusion no later than Saturday, August 8, 2026.
6. Panelists are encouraged to wear cosplay for their panel if appropriate. Cosplay must be PG-rated. Nudity is not allowed, including the illusion of nudity. Plunging necklines, underboob, sideboob, and bare chests are not allowed. Shorts and skirts must cover your behind. Shoes are required. Prop weapons are allowed. If you have questions about the appropriateness of your outfit, feel free to contact us for clarification.
7. On the day of the panel, there will be a quick orientation before ToshoCON begins for the day to go over the space you will be using. At least one panel member should plan to attend this orientation, and all panel members must be present and ready to run their panel when scheduled.
