Be a Vendor

Vendor Applications are closed for Toshocon 2024! See you July 1st, 2025.

ToshoCON Vendor Etiquette

Think about environmental economy

  • Limited space for each booth. Will everything fit on or store underneath your table?
  • No extra storage space is available.

Be on time to move in and move out

  • No one will be granted extra move in or move out time.
  • Items for booths cannot be dropped off before scheduled move in or left to be picked up after move out. Anything left after the move-out time will be donated or thrown away.
  • Aisles must be clear of boxes and setup items before the vendor show can begin.

Specify your power needs ahead of time

  • Before the Con, let us know if you need to plug anything in and what it is.

Know what will be provided for you

  • Each booth gets 1 table, 1 black linen, and 2 chairs unless other arrangements are made at least 2 weeks in advance. No day-of changes to table assignments can be made and equipment cannot be moved or added
  • Everyone will have a drape behind their booth to pin posters or banners to. You must bring your own pins. Only Viridian Staff is allowed to hang items on the walls. Anything hung on walls without permission will be removed.

Be prepared with supplies

  • Don’t forget your scissors, pens, paper, pins, and whatever else you might need to setup and run your booth! There are no supplies available at the venue.

Plan to carry in your stuff

  • Carts cannot be guaranteed for load-in or load-out, so make sure you have everything you need to carry your booth items in and out.

Be a good neighbor

  • Get to know the other vendors and help each other out.
  • Keep your booth to your area and don’t take up space from others.
  • Keep your booth clean (No loose glitter, confetti, or stickers please).
  • If you have music or sound, keep the volume low.

Attend your booth at all times

  • No booth can be left unattended during show hours. Plan to have someone cover for you for bathroom and meal breaks.
  • The Viridian and Salt Lake County Library Services cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or broken property.

Have fun!
